Young Composers in SEA: Modern Music Festival Bandung
30th Sep to 10th Oct 2011 at various locations and venues in Indonesia (7th Sep Concert Bandung, 9th Oct Concert Yogyakarta; 10th Oct Concert Jakarta)
The "Second SEA Modern Music Festival" will take place in Bandung, Indonesia this year. The festival is based on new compositions of Western, South East Asian and particularly Sundanese music by young regional composers (2 Malaysian participants have qualified in the competition).
The Ensemble Mosaik (Berlin) and the Fatahilla-Ensemble will perform in concerts at various locations in Indonesia.
